Me and partner purchased a property back then in 2007 and we got the keys to the house last Ramadhan. Buying a house is not a small matter, at least for us the mere mortals who earn pittance. We scouted lots of house within KL specifically near Ampang and Melawati. Why those place? Because me and partner never lived outside those area and the idea of living close to our parents and existing frens are ideal enough. After rounds of endless quarrels and taking into account our small savings, we bought a house somewhere in between AMpang and Melawati. hehehh, good, no? and a plus point for me is that, its the same taman where fasha sandha lives, shes in phase 1 and moi in phase 2. Gosshh, i love that women despite all those negative gossips coz shes freaking hot, still beautiful with a minimal make up.
Now, its been 8 effing months since we got the keys and the house is still not ready for us to reside yet. I never knew that renovating a house can cause so much headaches and its too time consuming. Time were much spent to find/ survey electrical appliances, bathroom accesories, kitchen appliances, fans, lights, air conds, and in between visit the contractor/ ID and all of this could only be done in Saturdays and Sundays. So there goes my leisure time, sleeping, movies, termenung, cruelly taken away from me. No wonder lah for wealthy people, they just engage an ID, fork out some money and just sit back and relax until the house is ready,i wish im in that category.
So far, our house is 50% ready. The lights and wiring - completed, copper piping for hot water - completed, grille, alarm sytem, plaster ceiling - completed, kitchen cabinet - completed, and on its way is our wardrobe and automatic gate and once everything is done, me and partner can move in, if only we decide to.
